Loyola School, Tainsar is a Christian Minority educational institution established on 5th October 2020 by Odisha Jesuit Society primarily for the education of rural students. The school is in the process of affiliation to the Council for ISC Examinations, New Delhi. Loyola School, Tainsar is an English medium co-educational institution preparing students for the ICSE Examinations. Loyola is an international brand known for quality and excellence in education as well as for all round integral development of the child. It belongs to the joint family of Jesuit educational institutions such as Loyola School, XLRI Jamshedpur, Loyola School, Xavier University Bhuabneswar as well as other Xavier or Loyola Jesuit educational institutions in the country.

Loyola School, Tainsar is a unit of Orissa Jesuit Society (OJS), Bhubaneswar, a Society registered under the Indian Societies registration Act, 1860. The school is managed by the Governing Board of OJS. However, the day to day management of the school affairs is vested in the school administration.

As a Jesuit institution, Loyola School upholds the vision, mission, values and objectives of the Jesuit Society which is to form men and women having concern for others and imbued with social, ethical and spiritual values. The school strives for excellence and integrity in every aspect of life.

Though a Christian religious minority institution, Loyola School practices non-discriminatory policies in its functioning. Thus, Loyola School, Tainsar is open to all classes and categories of people regardless of caste, creed, language, place of birth and gender. Nevertheless, preference will be given to Christians in its admission policy. Faith Formation, religion classes, moral science classes and value education will be part of the school curriculum. Therefore, every day the school will begin and end with a prayer. Thus, this school is a school with a difference. All the stake holders are advised to bear these aspects in mind while taking admission in Loyola School, Tainsar.

The school starts from the middle of March. Loyola School, Tainsar receives no Government or Private aid and fees realized from students is the only source of income. Therefore, to meet the rising costs and increase in salary, fees may have to be enhanced annually.
